Prenatal & Postpartum Package
Private childbirth classes paired with postpartum doula support once baby arrives!
The private childbirth class covers everything you'll want to know about birth, breastfeeding and baby care, all in the privacy and comfort of your own home. All we'll need is a place to sit and access to a DVD player. You will also receive a package of handouts to refer to before birth and after baby arrives.
Before or after baby arrives, we'll schedule two 3-hour postpartum doula visits to help ensure you are well supported in your adjustment to early postpartum life. For more information about what is included in the Postpartum Doula Support Visits, check out the Postpartum Doula Support page.
Travel fee applies if located outside of Kitchener-Waterloo.
