Childbirth Resource Room Refund and Cancellation Policy
Full payment to Childbirth Resource Room is required 3 weeks in advance of the class to reserve your spot. Payment can be made by PayPal, cheque or cash. Cheques and cash can be mailed to or dropped off at:

There is a $35 non-refundable administration fee for all class registrations.
If your baby arrives before your scheduled class you will be refunded the price of the class, minus the $35 non-refundable administration fee. There will be no refund for cancellations made within one week of the scheduled class start date. There is also no refund for failure to attend on the day of the class without prior notification made at least one week in advance.
If you need to change the date of your scheduled class, Childbirth Resource Room will make every effort to move you into an alternate class, although alternate dates are not guaranteed, or offer you a private class for an extra fee of $75.
